I always have them change my oil and do a 50-point check up on my car. They are very good at doing a thorough checkup and explaining the things that need adjusting or replacing. They do the same for my wife as well, which she appreciates. She has had experience with garage is not explaining things to her thinking that it has to be explained to the husband. I have bought a large number of vehicles from many different dealers in my life and Hometown stands head and shoulders above them all. I originally put a deposit down on a 2024 Maverick last spring and due to circumstances I had to cancel the deal. My deposit was returned in full, no questions asked. I had ordered a couple of accessories from them as well which I fully expected to pay for as they'd already ordered them in but they just put them into their stock and did not charge me for them.

I factory ordered a 25 Maverick from them back in August and I can say without a doubt it was the best vehicle purchase experience ever. Ike Dyck did a great job of getting me through the ordering process. He was able to provide me with full specs of the equipment and options of the XLT and Lariat models so I could compare them and choose the right one for me. Ike is a very knowledgeable sales rep and he took the time to show me add on options that were available through them. At no time did I ever feel any pressure to purchase them, which has been the mode of operations for all the other dealers I've bought from. When my 25 was built and shipped he provided me with tracking updates. He also did a great job of not overpromising when it would make it to the dealership. When it arrived they PDI'd it and installed the accessories quickly. Ike was on vacation so Konrad Friesen stepped up and did the delivery and gave me a good walk through most of the functions. They took my 22 Maverick in trade and gave me a fair deal as it had a lot of km's on it.

Finally, Brian Derksen was far and away the best sales manager I have ever dealt with. He is extremely knowledgeable on all the Maverick powertrains and options and is also a no pressure guy. He responded to any communication from me very quickly. The quote they gave me when I ordered was exactly the same as the bill of sale; no surprise add on charges like $699 doc fee's etc. they also delivered it with a full tank of gas which I thought was a thing of the past.

My overall experience from start to finish was exceptional. If you're looking for a vehicle, you can't do better than Hometown!

The new Maverick in my opinion is the best handling and driving vehicle I have ever owned. I am so glad I made the purchase at my loal dealer Hometown Ford. I personalized it with decals. The service department is very professional, and Customer Service satisfaction oriented.
